We raffled off the opportunity to have a custom dog portrait done by local artist Sharon Mattson. She created a beautiful portrait of Jake:

My Zeke. The only reason I didn’t cry when I saw it was because I was in full-on hostess mode. Yes, I wore a costume; I was the black cat in the dog store.
