Life on the Leash

We lucked out yesterday. Though the forecast called for rain, Mother Nature held off until after we’d finished shooting outside for the day.

That said, we did have our outdoor challenges … the noisy neighborhood landscapers and seemingly non-stop airplanes required me to do many a retake.

I did my best to roll with it.

Having James around as my hair and make-up guru certainly helped. Here we are in “prom pose”:

Resident dog Diz did a fine job on his segment. He watched his performance on the monitor, proclaimed it “flawless” …

… and then took a well-deserved nap.

Murray was perfection, of course.

It was a very fun day, and hopefully our enjoyment of the process will be evident in the segments. I’ll give a heads-up when they go live.
